Are you ready to shape thefuture of corporate Transaction Banking We are seeking an experienced andcommercially driven Senior Product Specialist to lead Foreign Exchange (FX)product research and development at Braindge. In this high-impact role, you willbe the driving force behind understanding customer needs, identifying marketopportunities, and crafting enhanced FX propositions.

By collaborating across Transaction Banking, Treasury/Markets, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology, you willturn raw market insights into actionable, cutting-edge corporate bankingsolutions.

What You Will Do

• Drive Product Innovation: Research emerging market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify strategic product gaps and develop compelling new FX concepts.

• Shape the FX Strategy: Define value propositions, target segments, and market differentiation while supporting the creation of product roadmaps, business cases, and internal approvals.

• Solve Complex Needs: Analyze corporate requirements surrounding cross-border payments, multi-currency needs, FX conversion, and execution channels to ensure our solutions seamlessly integrate with broader cash management services.

• Empower the Business: Collaborate directly with Relationship Managers and Transaction Bankers to translate customer use cases into robust product solutions that are easy to position and sell to corporate clients.

• Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Steer product discussions, coordinate with diverse stakeholders (including Legal and Operations), challenge existing approaches, and aggressively drive approved concepts through to successful launch.

What You Bring to the Table

• Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline.

• Core Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in Transaction Banking, Corporate Banking Product,Treasury Product, or FX.

• Domain Expertise: Deep working knowledge of corporate FX concepts, including currency pairs, exchange rates, pricing methodologies, settlement processes, and cross-border transactions.

• Product Acumen: Proven background in product development, strategy, or solutioning, with a track record of independently researching and structuring new product opportunities.

• Professional Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management abilities, coupled with strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Bonus Points For

• Experience managing or developing specialized FX products like Spot, Forward, Swap, or NDFs for corporate customers.

• Hands-on exposure to digital FX channels, corporate FX pricing, or execution.

• A track record of merging FX capabilities with cash management, payments, or cross-border services.

• Experience operating within a multi-country or regional Transaction Banking environment.

• Previous experience acting as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Development Lead, working closely with Treasury/Markets stakeholders and Relationship Managers.
