Job summary

Almr Business Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Product Specialist – FX to drive research, development and enhancement of FX propositions within a Transaction Banking setting.

The role focuses on understanding corporate customer needs, identifying market opportunities and developing FX product propositions while collaborating with internal stakeholders across Product, Treasury, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Transaction Banking, FX, Corporate Banking Product, Treasury Product or related banking functions.
• Strong knowledge of Foreign Exchange in a corporate/Transaction Banking environment.
• Experience in product development, product management, product strategy or banking product solutioning.
• Good understanding of currency pairs, exchange rates, FX pricing, cross-border transactions and settlement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advantage: Knowledge of FX Spot, Forward, Swap/NDF, digital FX channels and FX products integrated with payments or cash management.

Responsibilities

• Work with Relationship Management, Transaction Banking, Treasury/Markets, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Technology teams.
• Support product roadmap, approval, implementation and launch activities.
