is seeking an experienced Senior Product Specialist – Foreign Exchange (FX) to support product research and development in a Transaction Banking environment. The role focuses on understanding business and customer needs, researching market offerings and developing new or enhanced FX propositions for corporate banking clients, collaborating with treasury, risk, operations and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related.
• Minimum 5+ years in Transaction Banking, FX or related banking functions.
• Strong knowledge of FX concepts in corporate contexts.
• Ability to translate customer needs into FX product propositions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Research FX market trends and customer needs.
• Analyse FX capabilities and identify gaps.
• Develop FX product concepts based on business needs and market trends.
• Define propositions including features, customer value and differentiation.
• Support product roadmaps and business cases.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to move concepts to launch.
• Ensure clear positioning to Relationship Managers and Transaction Banking teams.
