Job summary
GFT Technologies SE is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the modernization of a large-scale Entitlement Management platform within the banking domain. You will translate business strategy into a clear product roadmap and deliver scalable capabilities.
You'll collaborate with Product, Operations, Technology, Risk and Security teams to drive API-first architecture, AI-enabled use cases, and governance across entitlement, consent, and delegation processes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product leadership within complex tech environments.
- Experience in Transaction Banking or Digital Banking channels.
- Proven track record with large-scale platform modernization.
- Strong stakeholder management and backlogs to outcomes.
- Ability to translate strategy into roadmaps and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap for Entitlement Management modernization.
- Define future-state entitlement, consent, delegation, and authorization model.
- Lead API-first architecture initiatives and scalable modular design.
- Drive alignment across Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Security.
- Define AI agent authorization and governance approaches.
- Translate strategy into prioritized initiatives and measurable outcomes.
