You will apply agile practices, collaborate with diverse teams, and create evidence-based product milestones that deliver measurable job-search improvements for Singaporeans.

Qualifications

• Conceptualise and drive product vision through data-informed roadmaps, balancing quick wins with long-term objectives.
• Transform complex business needs into achievable product milestones.
• Data-driven decision making for prioritisation and roadmaps.
• Define and track OKRs and product metrics.
• Guide teams through backlog management and sprint planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile teams through product development cycles and backlog prioritisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across government agencies to align product direction with policy.
• Analyse user behaviour data and feedback to drive evidence-based product decisions.
• Translate complex user needs into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
• Partner with cross-functional squads to deliver digital product launches.
