Job summary

BIT, a global digital asset financial services group headquartered in Singapore, seeks an experienced Product Manager to own RWA token products across their full lifecycle, including specs, DeFi integration, security audits, and launches. This is an individual-contributor role with no direct reports.

You will write PRDs, coordinate across engineering, security, compliance, and BD, drive multi-chain partnerships, and collaborate with operations for go-to-market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, crypto/Web3, or digital assets.
• Excellent, near-native English — written and spoken — with ability to present to international partners.
• Solid working knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts, and DeFi; comfortable with audits and multi-chain deployments.
• Hands-on IC role with writing PRDs and coordinating delivery across teams.
• Strong cross-functional coordination across engineering, security, compliance, and BD.
• High ownership and attention to detail in a fast-moving crypto environment across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for tokenized-asset products (e.g., STBT, XAUm): roadmap, PRDs, specs.
• Write detailed PRDs and coordinate development, QA, and security audits through to launch.

The Role

You will own RWA token products across their full lifecycle — from product specs and DeFi /multi-chain integration through security audits and launch. This is a hands‑on individual‑contributor role with no direct reports.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our tokenized-asset products (e.g., STBT, XAUm): roadmap, PRDs, and product specs.
• Write detailed PRDs and coordinate development, QA, and security audits through to launch — the hands‑on core of this role.
• Drive DeFi and multi‑chain integrations together with engineering and security.
• Lead product and technical communication with our international partners.
• Partner with BD, marketing, and operations to support launches and go‑to‑market.
• Handle a small portion of product operations to keep products running smoothly after launch.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, crypto / Web3, or digital assets. (Direct RWA / tokenization / stablecoin / DeFi experience is a strong plus.)
• Excellent, near‑native English — written and spoken — with the ability to communicate and present confidently to international partners.
• Solid working knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts, and DeFi — comfortable reading contracts and audit reports, and reasoning about oracles, multi‑chain deployments, and protocol integrations.
• Genuinely hands‑on. This is an IC role with no direct reports — you will personally write the PRDs and coordinate development and delivery across teams.
• Strong cross‑functional coordination across engineering, security, compliance, and BD, with a clear and structured communication style.
• High ownership, sharp attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast‑moving crypto environment across multiple time zones.

Nice to have:

• Experience with tokenized securities / commodities, stablecoins, or on / off‑ramp products.
• Familiarity with institutional custody / multisig and KYC / AML compliance frameworks.
