Job summary

Dada Consultants in Singapore is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and commercialisation of an enterprise AI Gateway / LLMOps platform. You will own the product lifecycle from 0-to-1 through scaled enterprise adoption.

Collaborating with engineering, design, sales and strategic customers, you will craft the product strategy, manage roadmaps, and guide features such as API-first capabilities, governance and hybrid deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or related field.
• 3+ years of B2B / SaaS product management experience, with enterprise-grade SaaS or PaaS launches.
• Strong understanding of API-first and developer-facing products (REST APIs, SDKs, webhooks, OAuth/SSO, RBAC).
• Strong prototyping skills using Figma, Axure or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

Senior Product Manager (B2B / Enterprise AI)

We are representing our client in search for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and commercialisation of an enterprise AI Gateway / LLMOps platform.

This role will own the product lifecycle from 0-to-1 development through scaled enterprise adoption, working closely with engineering, design, sales and strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Track the enterprise AI Gateway, LLMOps and AI infrastructure landscape, including emerging competitors and market trends.
• Monitor leading LLM providers, their API capabilities, pricing, SLAs and product developments, and translate market changes into product opportunities.
• Conduct customer research and interviews with enterprise IT, AI platform, developer and finance teams to identify use cases and product requirements.

Product Requirements & Roadmap

• Own product requirements from 0-to-1 and 1-to-N, including PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain quarterly and annual product roadmaps aligned with customer needs, technical developments and business objectives.
• Drive product development across key capabilities such as Unified API, Smart Routing, Semantic Cache, Observability, Enterprise Governance and Hybrid Deployment.
• Prioritise features and manage milestones throughout the product lifecycle.

Product Design & User Experience

• Develop low- to high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, Axure or equivalent tools.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to develop intuitive enterprise product experiences across dashboards, API management, channel management and cost analytics.
• Conduct usability testing with beta users and incorporate feedback into product iterations.
• Partner closely with engineering, QA and security teams throughout product development.
• Lead requirement reviews, technical discussions, sprint planning and product iterations using Agile methodologies.
• Act as Product Owner, managing backlog priorities, sprint objectives, product demos and retrospectives.
• Ensure release quality through structured testing, canary releases, rollback planning and post-release reviews.
• Drive post-incident product improvements and process optimisation.
• Support sales and solutions teams in pre-sales activities, product demonstrations, POCs and solution design for strategic enterprise customers.
• Work with marketing teams on product launches, whitepapers, case studies, product announcements and other content.
• Define and monitor key product metrics, including activation, token consumption, retention, NRR, cache hit rate and failover recovery rate.
• Use product and customer data to drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of B2B / SaaS product management experience, with experience taking an enterprise-grade SaaS or PaaS product from design through scaled launch.
• Strong understanding of API-first and developer-facing products, including REST APIs, SDKs, webhooks, OAuth/SSO and RBAC.
• Strong product prototyping skills using Figma, Axure or equivalent tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience building or managing enterprise AI, LLM or AI infrastructure products, such as AI platforms, AI Gateways, Model Routers or AI governance platforms.
• Familiarity with leading LLM APIs and providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Qwen and DeepSeek.
• Understanding of the LLMOps ecosystem, including LangChain, LlamaIndex, LiteLLM, vLLM, MCP, Vector Databases, Semantic Cache and Guardrails.
• Experience with API Gateway, Identity, Observability or Cloud-native products, including Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes or Istio.
• Experience delivering B2B SaaS products to enterprise customers across Southeast Asia, Japan/Korea, the Middle East, Europe or North America.
• Basic coding or scripting knowledge in Python or TypeScript, with the ability to understand API documentation and open-source code.
