Job summary

VIP CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an AI Product Manager to drive the planning, development, and delivery of industry-specific AI Agent products built on the OpenMax platform.

You will bridge business needs with engineering execution, turning client requirements into scalable AI solutions across finance, compliance, and operations. Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management with end-to-end lifecycle experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI products.
• Proven ability to independently manage full product processes: research, requirements, solution design, PRD, launch, iteration.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management with executives, IT teams, and end users.
• Strong project management and execution capabilities across multiple projects, coordinating engineering resources.
• Solid technical understanding: read API documentation, understand system architecture, integrations, data flows.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business requirements into clear product solutions, priorities, and actionable tasks for engineering.
• Experience with LLMS, AI Agents, workflow automation, or enterprise AI applications is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese for internal and client communications.

Role Overview

We are seeking anAI Product Manager，responsible for theproduct planning, development, and delivery of industry-specific AI Agent productsbuilt on the OpenMax platform, bridging business needs and engineering execution.

The role combinesAI product development and enterprise solution delivery— building scalable, reusable AI Agents for specific roles and industries (e.g., Finance Agent, Compliance Agent), while working with enterprise clients to translate real-world use cases into deployable solutions.

You should be able todefine product boundaries under uncertainty, turn complex customer needs into product capabilities, and drive products from concept to launch.

Core Responsibilities

1. AI Agent Product Planning:Define product capabilities, workflows, and roadmaps for industry-specific AI Agents across finance, operations, compliance, and other business functions. Identify reusable product modules from real-world customer needs.
2. Client Requirements & Solution Design:Work directly with enterprise clients to understand business processes and pain points, translating requirements into actionable AI Agent solutions, PRDs, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
3. Product & Project Delivery:Own delivery from planning to launch, including prioritization, milestones, engineering coordination, testing, risk management, and scope control to ensure high-quality, on‑time delivery.
4. Business–Engineering Alignment:Bridge business and engineering teams by translating customer needs into clear technical requirements while communicating technical capabilities and constraints to stakeholders.
5. Productization & Scaling:Turn client‑specific implementations into standardized, reusable capabilities, continuously evolving AI Agent solutions from custom projects into scalable products.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of product management experience, with end-to-end product lifecycle experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI products.
2. Proven ability to independently manage the full product process, includinguser research, requirements analysis, solution design, PRD development, launch, and iteration.
3. Strongclient-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with business leaders, IT teams, and end users.
4. Strongproject management and execution capabilities, with experience coordinating engineering resources and managing timelines, scope, dependencies, and risks across multiple projects.
5. Solidtechnical understanding, with the ability to read API documentation and understand system architecture, integrations, and data flows.
6. Strongstructured and logical thinking, with the ability to turn ambiguous business requirements into clear product solutions, priorities, and actionable engineering tasks.
7. Experience withLLMs, AI Agents, workflow automation, or enterprise AI applicationsis highly preferred.
8. Fluent in both English and Chinese to effectively communicate with internal teams and Chinese‑speaking clients.

Nice to Have

• Experience withAI, LLM, or AI Agent products, with an understanding of product design challenges involving non‑deterministic outputs.
• Experience inenterprise digital transformation, financial systems, ERP, or workflow automation.
• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms such asLark, Notion, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
• Experience working inconsulting firms, system integrators (SI), or enterprise solution environments.
• Technical background or hands‑on prototyping ability, including vibe coding or building lightweight AI prototypes.
• Proven0-to-1 product experience, from identifying opportunities and defining MVPs to launching and iterating products.
