Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead Data & AI platforms and digital products, coordinating with data teams, engineers and AI specialists.

You will own the product vision, strategy and end-to-end lifecycle, delivering scalable, secure and user-centric solutions in a contract role. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management for data/AI products, strong stakeholder management, and solid understanding of data platforms and cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, IT Project Management, Business Analysis, Data Platforms, AI products or solution delivery.
• Experience managing data, analytics or AI-related products and platforms.
• Experience working directly with engineers, data teams, designers and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, AI/ML concepts and data-driven product development.
• Experience managing digital products across development and production operations.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and application security processes such as VAPT, Source Code Review and security compliance assessments.
• Good understanding of Agile delivery, SDLC and product management practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap and priorities for Data & AI platforms and related digital products.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and ongoing operations.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical delivery plans.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, AI/ML engineers, software engineers and designers to develop platform capabilities.
• Support delivery of data platforms, analytics solutions, AI-enabled products, automation tools and intelligent services.
• Drive experimentation and continuous improvement of AI and data-driven features based on user feedback and metrics.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, service performance and data quality indicators.
• Collaborate with data teams to establish data collection, analytics, reporting and governance frameworks.
• Oversee reliability and operational performance of live Data & AI platforms, including incident management and upgrades.
• Coordinate security, compliance and technology assurance activities such as VAPT, Source Code Review, security assessments and performance testing.
• Ensure solutions comply with data governance, cybersecurity, privacy, audit and regulatory requirements.
• Manage product budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, vendors and procurement actions.
• Drive adoption of new Data & AI capabilities through stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, prioritise product backlogs and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and operations of Data & AI platforms and digital products. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, engineers, AI specialists, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure and user-centric solutions.

• Salary Package: Up to $10,500 (basic) + AWS

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap and priorities for Data & AI platforms and related digital products.

• Collaborate with data teams to establish appropriate data collection, analytics, reporting and governance frameworks.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Product Management, IT Project Management, Business Analysis, Data Platforms, AI Products or Solution Delivery.
• Experience managing data, analytics or AI-related products and platforms.
• Experience working directly with engineers, data teams, designers and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, AI/ML concepts and data-driven product development.
• Experience managing digital products across both development and production operations.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and application security processes such as VAPT, Source Code Review and security compliance assessments.
• Good understanding of Agile delivery, SDLC and product management practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical and data concepts into clear business outcomes.

Good to Have

• Experience working on AI platforms, GenAI solutions, machine learning products, data lakes, data warehouses or enterprise analytics platforms.
• Exposure to cloud-based data and AI services.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines and modern application architecture.
• Knowledge of data governance, model governance, responsible AI, privacy and cybersecurity requirements.
• Experience supporting production systems, including incident management, service operations and platform maintenance.
• Experience working within the government, public sector or other regulated environments.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CITPM, Scrum Master, Cloud or Data/AI certifications.
