Job summary

Dada Consultants in Singapore is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and commercialisation of an enterprise AI Gateway / LLMOps platform. You will own the product lifecycle from 0-to-1 through scaled enterprise adoption.

Collaborating with engineering, design, sales and strategic customers, you will craft the product strategy, manage roadmaps, and guide features such as API-first capabilities, governance and hybrid deployment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or related field.
3+ years of B2B / SaaS product management experience, with enterprise-grade SaaS or PaaS launches.
Strong understanding of API-first and developer-facing products (REST APIs, SDKs, webhooks, OAuth/SSO, RBAC).
Strong prototyping skills using Figma, Axure or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

Own product lifecycle from 0-to-1 development through scaled enterprise adoption.
Develop and maintain quarterly and annual product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and technical developments.
Drive product development across capabilities such as Unified API, Smart Routing, Semantic Cache, Observability and Governance.
Lead requirement reviews, sprint planning and Agile iterations; act as Product Owner and manage backlog priorities.
