Job summary

You will map end-to-end customer journeys, analyse engagement data, design experiments, and translate insights into initiatives that boost adoption, usage and satisfaction while upholding operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution and delivery outcomes for the Smart Buddy programme.
• Ensure seamless rollout, operational stability, and coordination across stakeholders, systems and partners.
• Map and optimise customer journeys across key touchpoints.
• Analyse engagement metrics and translate insights into initiatives.
• Coordinate system enhancements, testing, and rollout activities with tech teams.
• Prepare materials and updates for governance forums.
