Job summary

GovTech Singapore seeks a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the regulatory licensing product team. You will define vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital solutions serving government agencies and citizens.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, conduct research, and mentor junior PMs to deliver user‑centric, efficient licensing platforms. A strong background in regulatory processes and public sector digital products is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on regulatory, compliance, or government-related digital products.
• Proven track record of launching and managing complex digital products from conception to retirement.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and licensing processes and their impact on government operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for regulatory licensing platforms and services, from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify needs and opportunities.
• Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, policy, and operations teams to drive product development and delivery.
• Engage with government agencies, industry stakeholders, and citizens to gather feedback and foster adoption.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap prioritizing features based on impact and resources.
• Monitor product performance using metrics and iterate to improve user experience and efficiency.
• Act as subject matter expert on regulatory licensing processes and standardization opportunities.
• Mentor junior product managers to foster product excellence.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead our product team. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, ensure market fit, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

As a Senior Product Manager specializing in Regulatory Licensing at GovTech, you will lead the development and enhancement of digital products that streamline and modernize regulatory licensing processes for government agencies and citizens. You will be instrumental in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver efficient and user-centric solutions.

[What you will be working on]

• Engage with government agencies, industry stakeholders, and citizens to gather feedback, validate solutions, and foster adoption.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic impact and resource availability.
• Monitor product performance using key metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and iterate on solutions to continuously improve user experience and efficiency.
• Act as a subject matter expert on regulatory licensing processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, and digital transformation.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of product excellence and innovation.
