Job summary

GovTech Singapore is the Government Technology Agency driving Singapore’s Smart Nation initiatives and public sector digital transformation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of product management delivering digital products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for public service and building technology with social impact.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with national digital government initiatives and agency goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, UX/UI designers, data scientists, policy stakeholders) to design and deliver high-quality digital services.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback from citizens and public officers to translate needs into requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog using data-driven decisions and trade-offs for timely releases.
• Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure product success and areas for improvement.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication, progress updates, and product demonstrations.

What you will be working on

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with national digital government initiatives and agency goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, UX/UI designers, data scientists, and policy stakeholders, to design and deliver high-quality digital services.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback from citizens and public officers to translate user needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog, making data-driven decisions and trade-offs to ensure timely and impactful product releases.
• Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to measure product success, user adoption, and areas for continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication, regular progress updates, and product demonstrations.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also highly valued.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, delivering digital products (agile software development experience is preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of using data to guide product decisions and measure outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical public sector stakeholders.
• A passion for public service and a strong commitment to building technology that creates a positive social impact for Singapore.
