Job summary

TymeX is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Shared Lending Platform, collaborating with Business, Design, and Engineering teams to manage the full lifecycle of lending products across markets.

You will own the platform vision, set design principles, and drive buy/build decisions while aligning Risk, Credit, and Compliance requirements with engineering teams. The role offers flexibility and a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must-have 8+ years in Product Management.
• Familiarity with credit and lending domain (IFRS9/ECL concepts).
• Hands-on experience with real-time decisioning architectures (workflow orchestration, rule engines, feature stores).
• Strong platform and API design fluency.
• Experience navigating multi-country, multi-product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the Shared Lending Platform for multiple markets.
• Decide boundaries between shared vs product-specific components and defend them against scope creep.
• Define platform design principles: APIs, configuration-vs-code, multi-tenancy, abstraction layers.
• Drive build-vs-buy decisions for core platform components.
• Lead vendor evaluations with clear success criteria for technical and commercial outcomes.
• Support real-time credit decisioning capabilities, including rule configuration and model testing at sub-second latency.
• Translate Risk, Credit, and Compliance requirements into engineering-ready specifications.
• Manage cross-lending product dependencies and delivery sequencing.
• Shape IFRS9-grade reporting and data aggregation for regulatory reporting and collections.
• Enable data-driven learning between origination, repayment behavior, and credit strategy iteration.
