Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Product Management and/or Data Analytics.
• Strong commercial domain knowledge in consumer products (pricing, trade promotions, revenue growth).
• Knowledge of AI/ML, predictive analytics, optimization; experience with Generative AI.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or data-driven products and working across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

We are partnering with a multinational organization to hire an experienced Senior Product Manager – AI & Data Solutions to drive the development and adoption of AI-powered products supporting commercial decision-making, revenue optimization and business performance.

This role requires a combination of strong product management expertise, commercial acumen and an understanding of AI and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies, roadmaps and priorities for AI-driven analytical solutions, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Develop solutions supporting pricing, promotional effectiveness, trade investment optimization and revenue growth management within consumer focused environment
• Collaborate with Engineering and Technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML products, including opportunities involving Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Adept at leading cross-functional initiatives, manage Agile delivery processes, internal and external partners and drive stakeholder alignment, product adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Product Management and/or Data Analytics, with a track record of delivering AI, ML or data-driven products.
• Strong commercial domain knowledge within the consumer product space, particularly in pricing, trade promotions, revenue growth management and commercial optimization.
• Good understanding of AI/ML, predictive analytics, optimization techniques and Generative AI, with experience collaborating with technical teams and managing Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with experience working across complex, cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing external partners and presenting to senior leadership.
