OKX in Singapore is hiring a Trading Product Director to lead growth and execution of crypto trading products across Spot, Margin, Futures, Perpetuals and Options. You will align with engineering, design, marketing and BD to define strategy, prioritize features and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in product management within crypto trading or financial infrastructure, deep derivatives knowledge, and a track record of large-scale platform transformations

Formación

• 5+ years in product management, focused on crypto trading platforms or financial infrastructure.
• Expertise in derivatives (perpetuals/futures/options), margining and order workflows.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale trading platform transformations across Web and App.
• Strong knowledge of liquidity economics, risk frameworks, and regulatory considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Design and scale crypto trading products across Spot, Margin, Futures, Perpetuals and Options.
• Define product strategy; prioritize features; collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and BD.
• Drive UX improvements for Web and App including advanced order tickets and charting.
• Own liquidity parameters, fee strategy, and collaboration with market makers.
• Define risk controls, funding rate methodology, and real-time monitoring.
• Own product roadmap from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Engage with institutional clients and liquidity providers to translate needs into requirements.
• Contribute to platform evolution for cross-border distribution and new product lines.
