Job summary

OKX is hiring a Principal/Senior Product Manager for Advanced Trading (Spot/Derivatives/Crypto Trading) in Singapore. You will design and scale crypto trading products across Spot, Margin, Futures, Perpetuals and Options, align with liquidity providers, and lead risk and compliance considerations.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in crypto trading platforms or financial infrastructure.
Domain expert on derivatives products (perpetuals/futures/options) including margining and order workflows.
Experience delivering regulatory-sensitive launches and partnering with compliance/legal teams.

Responsibilities

Design and scale crypto assets trading products across Spot, Margin, Futures, Perpetuals and Options, including account models and risk checks.
Conduct market research on trends and customers to keep trading system leading the industry.
Drive best-in-class trading UX across Web and App with advanced order tickets and charts.
Own liquidity parameters and fee strategy for delta-one products with partners to improve spreads and fill-rates.
Define and enhance risk controls, including funding rates, index/mark price logic, leverage tiers, and real-time monitoring.
Own product strategy and roadmap from ideation to launch, optimization and scaling.
Serve as primary liaison across engineering, risk, compliance, legal, operations, marketing and BD.
Contribute to platform evolution to support cross-border distribution and new product lines.
