Job summary

OKX is building out its equities and tokenized securities business. This post-trade and brokerage systems product role will own the layer between our users and the securities markets: order management, execution, settlement, asset servicing and reconciliation.

We have strong crypto product and engineering talent; your depth in brokerage architecture and market structure will shape decisions expensive to reverse, including risk, margin and regulatory alignment across a 24/7 market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in post-trade or brokerage systems product management.
• Architectural perspective across order, execution, clearing, settlement, and ledger layers.
• End-to-end ownership of at least one area beyond the order path—clearing, settlement, or asset servicing.
• Commercial and historical perspective on how a brokerage earns and how revenue constraints systems.
• Strong technical intuition; able to discuss system architecture with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the brokerage core — order management, execution and routing, instrument lifecycle, settlement and reconciliation.
• Shape account, custody and clearing architecture and operating model.
• Own corporate actions and asset servicing end to end, including on-chain forms.
• Define how securities risk and margin frameworks coexist with 24/7 digital markets.
• Bring market structure, execution quality and regulatory requirements into product decisions early.
• Set the standard for rigour — write PRDs precise enough to build from, and lead alignment across engineering, risk, legal, compliance and treasury.
