Job summary

GovTech Singapore, through ESTL MOE, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for All Ears to own the platform end-to-end and shape its next chapter. You will identify opportunities across millions of submissions and lead cross-functional teams with engineers and designers to deliver impactful improvements in education and public sector tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of product management delivering complex products end-to-end.
• Strong strategic thinking to translate ideas into shipped reality.
• Fluency in product discovery, lifecycle management, Agile/Scrum, and roadmap planning.
• Strong data sense with metrics-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication between technical and business audiences.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Nice to have: public-sector/education context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own All Ears’ vision and roadmap, from discovery to delivery and operations.
• Identify high-impact problems and prioritise with data.
• Measure key metrics quarterly and defend product decisions.
• Ground decisions in user research and market feedback.
• Drive speed, simplicity, and agility while managing technical debt.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between HQ and product team.
• Mentor team members and foster learning culture.
• Navigate disagreements and improve team processes.
