Job summary

Homage is seeking a senior Product Manager to own end-to-end product initiatives in a fast-moving, AI-native environment. You will help shape the roadmap with deep user and market insight and lead cross-functional teams—from discovery to production—delivering measurable improvements in care engagement, workforce dynamics, and care quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, shipping end-to-end initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define the what and why of the roadmap based on user and market insights.
• Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives and releases with measurable impact.
• Lead engineers, operations, and marketing through ambiguity with stakeholder alignment.
• Perform data analysis to inform prioritization and mature analytics frameworks.
• Gather requirements from frontline users and write clear PRDs and flows.
• Use AI tools throughout discovery, drafting specs, and prototyping to move fast with rigor.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Ops to deliver value.
