Advanced MedTech is seeking a Specialist, Digital Products to own day-to-day operations of AI products, curate knowledge bases, and drive continuous improvements. You will monitor performance, gather user feedback, and translate insights into actionable enhancements to boost productivity and user experience.

The role combines analytical thinking with a quality-centric mindset, focusing on scalable AI-enabled healthcare solutions across regions and teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in digital product management, product operations, or related field.
Hands-on experience with AI tools, chatbots, prompt engineering, retrieval-based systems, or knowledge bases.
Experience delivering, operating, enhancing, or improving digital products and platforms.
Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, completeness, tone, relevance, and usefulness.
Strong content structuring, documentation, and knowledge management skills.

Responsibilities

Take day-to-day operational ownership of assigned AI products, ensuring reliability and relevance in production.
Build and curate knowledge bases powering products; source, structure, and refine content for quality.
Monitor usage, performance metrics, and user feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Coordinate testing, delivery, and ensure quality before release.
