Job summary

Grab, Southeast Asia's leading superapp, is seeking a senior product manager for a data-collection platform based onsite in Singapore. You will own the product from pilot to scale, shaping strategy, and collaborating with Operations, Partnerships, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Data Privacy to deliver reliable data with compliant delivery.

You will lead with a strong emphasis on partner requirements, incentives, and unit economics while building a roadmap that aligns with regional field

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management or equivalent impact, with ownership of a significant product from ambiguous opportunity through launch and iteration.
• Experience shipping an AI-native product where AI is central to the value proposition, with training data, evaluation, and feedback loops.
• Experience building a multi-sided platform that connects customer demand, field operations, data quality, and end-user experience.
• Commercial judgment in partner prioritization, pricing, incentives, and unit economics, with the ability to turn strategy into actionable product decisions.
• Ability to write clear product requirements and evaluate trade-offs across technical, operational, quality, cost, and time constraints.
• Experience working across Engineering, Data Science, commercial, and operations teams, including privacy and legal specialists, to deliver a product responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Set the platform strategy across lab demand, field collection, and data curation; define partner priorities, build-versus-partner choices, pricing, incentives, and unit economics.
• Translate training needs into dataset specifications, quality criteria, delivery timelines, and service commitments with AI labs and Partnerships.
• Own the collector experience, including field tooling, instructions, incentives, and reliable payments for productivity and sustainability.
• Prioritize the platform for collection, annotation, labeling, QA, and delivery; collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to improve data and workflows.
• Build a roadmap with milestones and trade-offs; work with Operations and country teams to assess field readiness and scale pilots.
• Partner with Legal, Data Privacy, Procurement, and country stakeholders to address consent, site terms, data handling, and cross-border delivery.
