Job summary

Grab is seeking a Senior Product Designer to create user-centric solutions for internal and enterprise web tools and mobile apps. You will collaborate with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Business teams to influence strategic decisions and enhance UX.

Qualifications

Portfolio of recent design work in English showing end-to-end workflow from problem discovery to launch.
Minimum of 4+ years of direct product design experience.
Excellent understanding of UX for web and mobile with working knowledge of front-end basics.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate design thinking and craft fundamentals across visual, interaction, content, and information architecture.
Advocate for design excellence and system-wide approaches across cross-functional teams.
Drive design-led initiatives in challenging problem spaces with cross-functional partners.
Contribute to design/product strategy with a customer-centric perspective.
Contribute to improvements to the design system and foster ownership and innovation.
