Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore seeks a dynamic Lead / Senior Product Manager to shape the vision and execution of the regulatory licensing platform for NEA. You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver high-value digital products that meet government standards and user needs.

You will mentor other product managers, set roadmaps, align stakeholders, and track KPIs with a data-driven approach, while staying ahead of industry trends to drive innovation for public sector

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management with a track record of mentoring other product managers.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with the agency’s goals.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap prioritizing features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer support to ensure alignment.
• Define and track KPIs/OKRs to measure success and inform decisions.
• Act as the voice of the customer and integrate feedback into planning.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Mentor other product managers and develop strategic thinking across the team.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to ensure alignment with business needs.
