Job summary

Grab is seeking a dynamic product leader to own the strategy and roadmap for Mobility fulfilment outcomes, including producing accurate ETA quotations for mobility services and delivering dispatch outcomes while balancing driver goals via the core booking-driver matching service.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Product Management for on-demand marketplaces, with strong systems thinking and experience leading diverse, distributed teams; reporting to Head of Product, Fulfilment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Product Management in on-demand marketplaces.
• Ability to manage complex, ambiguous environments with data-driven prioritisation.
• Experience leading diverse, distributed teams and influencing across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product managers focused on mobility fulfilment.
• Define strategy and roadmaps by distilling input from stakeholders and guiding engineers, designers and operations.
• Define success metrics and track impact against goals.
• Own driver acceptance, on-job experiences and policies for Mobility services.
