Job summary

Grab in Singapore is seeking a dynamic product leader to own the strategy and roadmap for Mobility fulfilment outcomes, including ETA quotations and on-time consumer dispatch, while balancing network and driver goals through the core booking-driver matching service.

This role will shape high-impact platform decisions across consumer and driver experiences, policy design, and algorithmic product development, reporting to the Head of Product, Fulfilment. The role is onsite in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience owning platform products with extensible interfaces.
• Deep understanding of on-demand marketplaces and systems thinking.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams across product, engineering and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product managers focussed on Mobility fulfilment.
• Define strategy and roadmap by distilling input from stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers and distributed operations to execute the roadmap.
• Define success metrics and track impact against goals.
• Champion Grab's mission to empower people in Southeast Asia.
