Job summary
Grab is seeking a dynamic product leader to own the strategy and roadmap for Mobility fulfilment, including ETA quotations and dispatch outcomes, while balancing with network and driver goals. You will own the core booking-driver matching service and the driver app policies for Mobility services, reporting to the Head of Product, Fulfilment.
Onsite in Singapore. The ideal candidate has extensive platform product experience, deep systems thinking, and influences across customer and driver
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management in on-demand marketplaces in tech.
- Ability to operate in complex, ambiguous environments with data-driven priorities.
- Experience leading large, diverse, distributed teams and influencing outcomes.
- Strong grasp of financial concepts to plan resources and track objectives.
- Leadership experience spanning executive to engineering levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of product managers focused on your area.
- Define strategy and roadmap by distilling input from stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineers, designers and operations on the roadmap.
- Define success metrics to measure impact against goals.
