Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Manager to influence the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the Strategic Audit Risk and Assurance (SARA) platform. You will solve business problems and drive measurable value by partnering with business and technology stakeholders to set priorities and ensure adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, defining strategy, owning roadmaps, delivering complex enterprise or digital products.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of software delivery, Agile practices, data, integrations and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to translate business goals into product outcomes and measure value delivered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the SARA product vision, roadmap and priorities, ensuring delivery of measurable business value.
• Lead day-to-day product management, prioritisation decisions, and translating business needs into outcomes.
• Align business, audit and technology stakeholders to drive adoption, continuous improvement and delivery against strategic objectives.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and governance for successful delivery and continuous improvement of the platform.
• Maintain product backlog and priorities to ensure user outcomes and strategic objectives.
