Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the SARA platform to assist and influence the strategy, roadmap and delivery, solving business problems and creating measurable value. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to define priorities, drive execution and ensure successful adoption and outcomes.

You will lead day-to-day product management, align stakeholders, maintain backlog and drive continuous improvement, including AI-enabled approaches and future ways

Qualifications

8+ years in product management.
Ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery and data/integrations.
Translate business goals into measurable product outcomes.

Responsibilities

Assist with SARA product vision, roadmap and priorities, ensuring delivery of measurable business value.
Lead day-to-day product management, prioritisation decisions and translating business needs into outcomes.
Align business, audit and technology stakeholders to drive adoption and delivery against strategic objectives.
Coach and mentor Product Owners and cross-functional teams, promoting best practices in product management and Agile delivery.
