Job summary

Charles & Keith in Singapore seeks a senior product development leader to oversee end-to-end lifecycle, ensure PLM data accuracy, and translate creative concepts into commercially viable products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, costs and quality, analyse market trends, and drive sustainability while protecting margins.

Qualifications

• Degree in Product Development, Fashion Design, Merchandising or related fields.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in fashion product development.
• Knowledge of product development processes, materials, costing, quality standards and supplier management.
• Experience using and maintaining PLM systems with product data, specifications and development milestones.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret product performance and market trends.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
