Job summary

CHARLES & KEITH (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced product development professional to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of fashion products.

The role requires translating creative concepts into commercially viable items while ensuring feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and quality across all teams involved. Qualifications

• Degree in Product Development, Fashion Design, Merchandising or related fields.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in fashion product development.
• Strong knowledge of product development processes, materials, costing, quality standards and supplier management.
• Experience in using and maintaining PLM systems, including product data, specifications and development milestones.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product performance, consumer insights and market trends.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities
