OKX is seeking an experienced Product Designer to focus on VIP and Deposit & Withdraw experiences. You will guide UX craft and align cross-functional teams across our global apps to craft dynamic experiences for high-value users and the deposit/withdraw journeys that underpin every product on the platform.

Collaborate with design, product, research, engineering across markets to elevate our产品 offerings, and own end-to-end design quality while evolving the design system to scale across features.

Formación

• Portfolio demonstrating mobile-first digital product design.
• Experience in agile environments with cross-functional partners.
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles.
• Translate complex problems into data-driven user experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Leverage data and user feedback to inform problem statements and journeys.
• Generate ideas quickly and validate directions with customers.
• Participate in design critiques and leadership meetings.
• Own end-to-end design quality for VIP and Deposit & Withdraw experiences.
• Design VIP tiering, benefits, and Earn-related experiences.
• Co-lead the product development process and ensure consistency across teams.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers across markets.
