Minimum qualifications:As a part of the Consumer Payments Growth (CPG) team, you will be dedicated to accelerating the adoption, usage, and preference of Google Wallet and GPay across everyday payment journeys. You will operate as a global horizontal team, partner closely with cross-functional and product teams across Consumer Payments to drive growth in high-priority areas. As informed by deep analytics and user insights, you will systematically resolve critical friction points across the user life-cycle while capitalizing on key user behaviors to build sustainable engagement loops. You will reach users across Wallet, Google Pay (GPay) and Google first-party surfaces, delivering targeted communications that nudge key actions, as well as delightful, relevant Rewards and Incentives powered natively and in collaboration with first-party and third-party partners. You will operate with an iterative, test-and-learn approach, leverage a scalable Growth and Data platform that will become increasingly AI-enabled to deploy high-velocity, effective growth interventions, with sophisticated measurement capabilities at its core.Whether it is paying online with Autofill, using tap and pay in stores, or using the Google Pay app, the Payments team at Google is focused on making payments simple, seamless, and secure.
