Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to join its Product Compliance team in Singapore. The role focuses on day-to-day reviews of new products and material changes, applying a risk-based approach to ensure regulatory alignment while enabling commercial outcomes.

You will partner with Product, Engineering and Legal to embed compliance in the product lifecycle, deliver practical risk assessments, and maintain robust documentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Compliance, Legal or Risk within financial services or cryptocurrency industries.
• Strong understanding of digital-asset products and related regulatory requirements.
• Experience in product compliance or regulatory advisory for crypto platforms.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical product controls and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day compliance reviews of new products, features and material changes.
• Review product requirements, technical docs, user journeys, onboarding flows and disclosures.
• Apply a risk-based approach to distinguish blockers from mitigated risks.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments covering AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC, consumer protection and trading.
• Deliver clear, evidence-based compliance recommendations with residual exposure and mitigants.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk and local teams to implement controls.
• Maintain complete documentation and audit trails for reviews and decisions.
• Support post-launch monitoring and remediation with Audit and other teams.
