Job summary

OKX is seeking a Global Tax Reporting and Compliance Manager to lead Pillar 2 compliance across 15+ jurisdictions and partner with Finance, Legal, and regional teams. You will manage tax filings, assess risks, and provide proactive tax strategies in a fast‑paced, growth‑mocused environment.

The role requires extensive international tax experience, strong Pillar 2 knowledge, and the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders globally. Based in Singapore with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of international tax experience (Big 4/advisory or in‑house).
• Strong tax accounting and compliance skills with attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of Pillar 2 concepts and country‑by‑country reporting.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced, startup‑like environment; resourceful.
• Analytical with focus on detail and the big picture.
• US/EU tax concepts familiarity; international tax for US‑listed MNCs preferred.
• AI in tax processes knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance for the Group across jurisdictions with external advisors.
• Monitor tax risks and document key tax positions for reporting purposes.
• Prepare quarterly tax provisions and monitor cash tax positions.
• Lead Pillar 2 implementation across 15+ jurisdictions and filings.
• Advise business teams on tax implications and support decision making.
