Job summary

MINDEF in Singapore is seeking a media and content production lead to oversee high-quality campaigns across information channels. You will design and execute campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies, and manage end-to-end production processes to ensure consistency and impact.

What we are looking for:

• Education in Communication Studies, Film, Sound & Video, Visual Communication, Animation, Mass Communication, Advertising or a related media field
• Strong proficiency in writing and content development, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and engaging material
• Good awareness of Singapore's political, defence, and security developments as well as current affairs
• Resourceful and resilient under tight timelines, with a commitment to maintaining high standards
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing responsibilities
