Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Align procurement activities with organizational goals and budgets.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare tender documents, specifications, and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate RFQ, RFP, and ITQ tender processes.
• Evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and select suppliers.
• Ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with tender regulations.
• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers; monitor performance.
• Mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions.
• Supervise procurement staff; provide training and guidance.
