Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced procurement leader to head a team responsible for planning, organizing and executing procurement activities for the property management portfolio across multiple assets in Singapore.

The role focuses on obtaining competitive pricing while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and SOPs, with a strong emphasis on vendor management, contract negotiations and governance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sourcing and procurement, with exposure to Real Estate, Facilities and/or Property Management.
• Experience leading a team and driving procurement best practices.
• Experience in A&A tenders (builder's works or M&E services).
• Experience with energy procurement or eProcurement systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to internal units on sourcing and procurement capabilities and processes for the property management team.
• Source and evaluate competitive pricing for products and services.
• Review tender documents, evaluations, and quality checks.
• Review and update the vendor list periodically.
• Plan and monitor procurement of term contracts and minor capital projects.
• Prepare reports and statistics for management review.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and SOPs.
• Reinforce standards and conduct audits of procurement process and documentation.
