Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a Senior / Procurement Executive (Land Systems) to drive strategic sourcing for MRO parts and fleet mobility. You will engage OEMs, lead RFQ/tender processes, and collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure fit-for-purpose, governance-driven purchasing.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, SAP S/4HANA experience, and on-site operations at the Singapore location. Singaporean eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience; automotive MRO is a plus.
• Practical hands-on use of AI tools to analyze data, draft summaries, and automate tasks.
• Familiarity with purchasing contracts, incoterms, cost structures, and SAP S/4HANA (or similar ERP).
• Singaporeans only; high initiative, analytical mindset, able to work independently.

• Digital & Process Innovation: Leverage AI tools to remove bottlenecks and improve spend visibility.
• Systems & Governance: Drive end-to-end purchasing cycles in SAP S/4HANA with strong governance.

What You Will Do

• Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation:Source, evaluate, and secure high‑quality MRO parts, equipment, and specialized services for vehicle and ground support fleets.

• Vendor & OEM Engagement:Partner with global OEMs and authorized contractors to ensure rigorous quality standards, competitive pricing, and on‑time delivery.

• Commercial Analysis:Lead RFQ and tender processes from end to end, conducting smart cost evaluations and commercial risk assessments.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Team up with Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics squads to ensure all procured solutions are fit‑for‑purpose and operationally ready.

• Digital & Process Innovation:Harness AI tools and digital workflows to eliminate manual bottlenecks, improve spend visibility, and elevate procurement efficiency.

• Systems & Governance:Drive end‑to‑end purchasing cycles within SAP S/4HANA while upholding audit‑readiness and high governance standards.

What You Bring to the Team

• Education:Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• Experience:1–2 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing (experience in automotive MRO is a strong plus;ambitious entry level graduatesare welcome to apply).

• Tech & AI Fluency:Practical hands‑on experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, document summarizers, prompt engineering, chatbots) to analyze datasets, draft summaries, and automate routine tasks.

• Commercial Acumen:Familiarity with purchasing contracts, incoterms, cost structures, and SAP S/4HANA (or similar enterprise ERPs).

• Mindset:High initiative, analytical curiosity, and the confidence to operate independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
