Job summary

FCS CAREERS PTE LTD (EA 94C4359) seeks a Senior Procurement Executive (APAC) to head the regional procurement function, driving governance, spend visibility, strategic sourcing and supplier performance.

You will develop regional procurement policies, manage tenders and supplier agreements, and lead end-to-end sourcing with stakeholders to strengthen supply resilience across APAC.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience in logistics & supply chain.
• Experience in APAC regional procurement & sourcing.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Occasional regional travel

About the Company

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a motivated Senior Procurement Executive (APAC) to build and head the procurement function across the region, driving governance, spend visibility, strategic sourcing and supplier performance.

• Develop and implement regional procurement policies, processes and controls;
  
• Manage spend analysis and reporting across all countries and categories;
  
• Develop category plans and lead supplier consolidation initiatives;
  
• Lead tenders, negotiations and regional supplier agreements;
  
• Lead end-to-end sourcing, stakeholder coordination, documentation of decisions and regional framework;
  
• Segment suppliers, define key performance indicators, performance reviews and corrective actions;
  
• Monitor supplier and commercial risk to strengthen supply resilience;
  
• Maintain the regional contract register, manage reviews, approvals and renewals, and elevate material contract risks;
  
• Establish procurement reporting, dashboards, and savings and cost avoidance tracking to support management decisions.
  

Requirements

• 4 years of relevant experience in the logistics & supply chain industry;
  
• Experience managing procurement and strategic sourcing activities in the Asia Pacific region;
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  
• Knowledge of SAP;
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  
• Meticulous and detail-oriented;
  
• Able to work well independently, as well as effectively in a team;
  
• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
