Job summary

Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd (Coca-Cola Singapore) is based in Tuas, Singapore, and seeks an experienced engineer to lead CAPEX investments and plant improvement projects. The role involves hands-on tests, commissioning, installation qualification, and performance reviews across CPS Singapore Plant.

You will review manufacturing processes, drive continuous improvement, and provide engineering support to multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Food Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and implement CAPEX investments, equipment installations & process improvement projects for CPS Singapore Plant.
• Review and improve the manufacturing processes to ensure effective and efficient practices are executed.
• Monitor processes for continuous improvement, SPC and other initiatives; identify improvement opportunities and create actions to drive efficiency.
• Trouble-shoot and resolve technical problems for all manufacturing work centers and plant facilities.
• Provide Engineering support to all other functions in the plant.
