Job summary

SSMC in Singapore is seeking a Senior Engineer, Process Integration - TSMC to join Integration, Process Integration - TSMC I. You will lead development, transfer and maintenance of advanced CMOS fabrication tech, aiming for high yield.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, managing module process integration, technology transfer from mother fab, and driving process robustness to meet WAT and Cpk goals. Mandarin skills are required to work with Mandarin-speaking fabs and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 3 years of relevant semiconductor FAB experience.
• Fluent Mandarin due to collaboration with Mandarin-speaking fabs and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide a leading role in the developing, transferring and maintaining of advanced CMOS fabrication technology with good process capability and high yield.
• Manage integration of all modules’ processes and the respective derivatives.
• Lead new technology transfer from mother fab or process development.
• Owner of new tapeout prototype lots and ensure 100% success rate.
• Drive process robustness improvement by providing root cause analysis and collaborate improvement actions to meet 100% wafer acceptance test (WAT) & Cpk goal.
• Collaborate with product engineer on product sensitivity related low yield and plan to do product specific process tuning to meet baseline yield target.
• Work with Customer Account Management (CAM) to resolve customer complaints and provide customers with required information to meet customer concern and satisfaction.
• Lead sub-team in x-functional continuous improvement projects
