Job summary

SSMC (Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd.) is seeking an Engineer to join our Integration team. You will manage the integration of module processes and their derivatives within a world-class CMOS fabrication environment.

The role focuses on technology transfer, process robustness, and optimization to achieve high yield and maintain 100% WAT success, with collaboration across cross-functional teams and adherence to safety and ISMS procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant PI/Yield Engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage integration of module processes and derivatives in CMOS fabrication.
• Lead technology transfer from mother fab or process development.
• Drive process robustness and root-cause analysis to improve wafer yields and WAT performance.
• Collaborate with product and customer engineering to resolve issues and ensure quality targets.
