Job summary

SSMC (Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd.) is seeking a Senior Engineer, Process Integration - TSMC, to join the Integration department in Singapore.

You will lead development, transfer and maintenance of advanced CMOS fabrication processes with focus on high yield and process robustness. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and at least 3 years in semiconductor FAB environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant semiconductor FAB experience.
• Strong problem-solving, presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with 8D, SPC and failure analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; JMP experience is a plus.
• Mandarin proficiency due to collaboration with Mandarin-speaking fabs and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, transfer and maintenance of CMOS fabrication processes for high yield.
• Manage integration of module processes and derivatives.
• Lead technology transfer from mother fab or process development.
• Own tapeout prototype lots and ensure 100% success.
• Drive process robustness with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Escalate quality concerns and stop at source when needed.
• Collaborate with CAM to resolve customer concerns and provide required info.
• Lead sub-teams in cross-functional improvement projects.
