Qualifikationen

• Degree in relevant engineering field with 4+ years of engineering experience or Technical Diploma with 6+ years of engineering experience.
• At least 5 years of technical experience in Bio/Pharm Industry for Degree or at least 7 years for Technical Diploma.
• Demonstrate GMP behaviour and safe practices, strong leadership, and fault-finding ability.

Aufgaben

• Lead the operation, maintenance, and reliability of production equipment to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Drive preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability and compliance.
• Lead CAPEX projects, site modifications, and oversee project handover and commissioning activities.
