GlaxoSmithKline Singapore seeks a capable leader to head a team of Engineering Technicians specializing in electrical, automation, and instrumentation. You will drive safe, reliable maintenance and ensure inspection readiness while collaborating with Operations, Engineering and Project teams.

This role offers leadership growth, exposure to capital projects, and a chance to model GSK values and continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechatronic or related Engineering discipline.
• 7+ years hands-on engineering in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience supervising technicians or leading small operational/maintenance teams.
• Demonstrated knowledge of EHS, quality, cGMP, GEP and Good Documentation Practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision and technical guidance to Electrical & Automation Technicians.
• Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting and repair for electrical, automation and instrumentation systems.
• Ensure all electrically-driven equipment and related systems are maintained to minimise disruption.
• Plan, prioritise and deliver scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and handovers.
• Support capital projects and equipment modifications per standards.
• Manage contractors and external suppliers to ensure safe, timely delivery.
• Coach and engage a team of technicians using development frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
