Job summary

You will build and coach the equipment engineering team, drive continuous improvement, support installation, qualification, and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with Engineering, Operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, marine engineering or related field.
• 12+ years in maintenance, plant fitout and equipment engineering, incl. leadership.
• Experience managing CapEx and maintenance programs, improving equipment reliability.
• GMP-regulated environment experience (pharma/medical devices) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the equipment engineering team to deliver capex and technical programs.
• Foster collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive capability development and process improvements for engineering objectives.
• Support installation, commissioning and qualification with safety and regulatory compliance.
