The role requires 12+ years in maintenance/equipment engineering, with 4+ in leadership, and GMP experience. Occasional after-hours support may be needed to ensure project success and operations readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, marine engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in maintenance, plant fitout and equipment engineering.
• 4+ years in a leadership position.
• Experience managing capex and maintenance programs; improving equipment reliability.
• Experience in GMP-regulated environments (pharma/medical device).

Responsibilities

• Lead the equipment engineering team to deliver equipment capex and technical programs.
• Develop engineers and foster collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive capability development and process improvements for engineering objectives.
• Support installation, commissioning and qualification activities with safety, quality and regulatory adherence.
• Provide technical leadership for equipment engineering, troubleshooting, and change management.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Engineering, Operations, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain and Finance.
