Job summary

Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg) is seeking a senior maintenance and operations lead to oversee plant availability, maintenance regimes, and safety compliance. You will manage CAPEX/OPEX, lead RCA investigations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable gas supply.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Chemical or Process Engineering and at least 5 years in chemical, petrochemical, or industrial gas sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering or relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in chemical, petrochemical, or industrial gas sectors.
• Solid knowledge of equipment maintenance, plant availability strategies, and vendor quality.

Responsibilities

• Plant Availability & Maintenance Oversight: Execute maintenance schedules and audit vendor work quality.
• Incident Investigation & RCA: Lead RCA investigations and implement CAPA locally and at related sites.
• Safety, Quality & Risk Management: Enforce Safe Work Permits, risk assessments, MOC workflows.
• Budget & Financial Control: Manage OPEX within budgets and justify CAPEX facility upgrades.
• Compliance & Supply Reliability: Maintain IMS compliance and ensure seamless supply reliability.
• Team Leadership & Operational Alignment: Supervise technicians, perform execution audits, daily handovers.
