Job summary

Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg) is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to ensure maximum plant availability and safe operation across the Singapore site. You will lead maintenance oversight, RCA investigations and CAPA implementations while managing OPEX/CAPEX budgets and driving cross‑functional collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering with 5+ years in chemical/petrochemical/industrial gas sectors, and strong knowledge of HAZOP, FMEA,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering or relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in chemical, petrochemical, or industrial gas sector
• Strong knowledge of site equipment maintenance regimes and plant availability strategies
• Familiarity with process safety tools such as HAZOP, FMEA, Safe Work Permits and MOC workflows
• Ability to lead technicians, coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage budgets

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly maintenance schedules to maximize equipment reliability and uptime
• Lead RCA investigations for site incidents and implement CAPA
• Enforce Safe Work Permits, risk assessments and MOC protocols
• Monitor OPEX against budgets and justify CAPEX for facility upgrades
• Lead daily handovers and cross‑department coordination to ensure operational continuity
